An update to the carrier settings for your iPhone is available. Would you like to download it now?

Every time I open iTunes, I get: “An update to the carrier settings for your iPhone is available. Would you like to download it now?”

Anyone know how to get rid of this message? Or, if it’s a serious issue to download it for jailbroken iPhones?

Got this from @billyknight:

Still not going to risk it, after my last jailbreak episode.

Anyone else had success with this?
